Two CMUS researchers took part in a panel discussion organized as part of the programming for the XXXIV Valparatango Festival 2024. On March 27, the documentary Buenos Aires por la capital: Tanguerías en Santiago de Chile (1960-2010) [Buenos Aires Takes the Capital: Tango Venues in Santiago, Chile (1960-2010)] was screened at Centex in Valparaíso, after which the audience heard from members of the film's production team. Participants included, among other guests, Eileen Karmy (general production and research) and Javier Rodríguez.
