On Thursday, December 7, 2023, a repertoire of 19th-century German songs contained in a manuscript found in the former building of the Colegio de San Francisco was performed at the Jesuit Fathers' Church in Puerto Montt. This material was catalogued and studied by the Music Archive of the Universidad de Los Lagos, and the performers were: María Elisa Reyes Le Roy (cello), Carolina Muñoz Coloma and Gabriela Bossi Letelier (sopranos), Jorge Pacheco Esteban (organ), and Ivan Sánchez Aravena (double bass and musical direction). Javier Silva Zurita, CMUS associate researcher, wrote the program notes.
